Description:
The inspiration for this illustration comes from my memory of seeing a panda being stuck in a tree when visiting the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. From the scene in my memory, I thought of what other pandas would react when seeing this.
The reason for such an illustration is that towards the end of this special year of 2020, I wanted to illustrate how I have felt this year. From the beginning of this year, we have all suffered a lot, not only financially, but also psychologically, but we are not alone. Sometimes even when we feel like the panda being stuck in the tree, other people, either we know or we do not even know, have tried to help us.
Because ‘we are together’, and we are in this pandemic together, all the obstacles will eventually be overcome and we will see the break of dawn soon enough.
